Exploration of Signature Designs

• Confluence Tables:
  These works exemplify the integration of kilnformed glass with live-edge hardwood slabs. The cast glass panels are shaped to follow the organic contours of the wood, creating a dynamic interaction between texture and translucence. The tables are supported by custom metal bases, ensuring structural integrity while enhancing their robust natural style. Eye catching in every way, the Confluence Tables received recognition at the Oregon IIDA’s Design Excellence Awards in 2016.
• Stepped Series:
  In this series, interior bands of opalescent glass create a rhythm of varying widths across a translucent surface. This layering technique produces depth and subtle shifts in light, which are complemented by polished edges and a lightly textured working surface. The Stepped Series highlights the continuum between utility and artistry, whether as tables or countertops.
• Bullseye Benches:
  Minimalist in design yet structurally robust, these benches highlight the striking patterns and light modulation kilnformed glass makes possible. Engineered for both indoor and outdoor settings, they embody durability through their immunity to warping, rotting, rusting, and fading. Their transparency and ability to transmit color and light add a rich multidimensional quality to their surroundings.
